Nearly vomited from extreme spice.

I placed an online order and was very specific about how I wanted it made. When I got there, my order was ready to go, so I paid and drove away with my salad. Once arriving back at work, I discovered that it was not made how I had requested. It was as though they never looked at the 'comments' section. It was incredibly hard to eat due to the amount of salsa on it. I had asked for the salsa to be 'on the side' among other things. Over all, a disappointment.

When you try to reach them by phone, the number says it's disconnected. How will they correct this problem with this employee if they don't even know it's happening. Hmmmm........

Food:

The employees are very friendly and it's standard Chipotle food. Once I had to wait for more steak and they gave me a free burrito. Once I accidentally left my car keys and they found them for me. A+ service!

I usually go to the Chipotle in Rancho Cordova, but happened to be near Folsom Blvd. I didn't care for the service, we ordered two bags of chips and they only put one in the bag... plus when the rang the order the cashier input our bowls as chicken and they were both steak(there is a price difference)... the food was average not as good as Rancho location though.

Food:

This is a small-medium sized Chipotle. Seating inside and outside. Food quality is consistent with the other Chipotle locations in the area which is usually excellent. Better parking situation vs the downtown location and in an area with decent freeway access.
