Actually I rate it a 3.5. Better than average but I've had better.

Excellent restaurant.
The service was fantastic, the food was reasonably portioned and wasn't too flavorful and too disgusting. (the bathrooms were clean and fresh, downside is... There's only one for each gender), The soup and salad was delicious. I enjoyed their Terriyaki salmon, with bean sprouts, broccoli and other veggies and a side of rice. I must say, my compliments go toward the chef. Authentic menu and ambiance.
Please, venture to Chiu's, the restaurant is worth the money. Oh, and may I say, with a family of 4... The bill... (drum roll with dramatic emphasis), $63. This included, soup, salad, and the meal with drinks. I also enjoyed green tea on the side, delicious choices I must comend myself. Excellent all over.

Very nice atmosphere - hot towel at ordering was a nice touch, but sushi rolls were extremely expensive for what they were. Really a plain asparagus roll for $9??! The food was good but not worth the extra price. They need half-price happy hour like nearby RA sushi. I cannot recommend.
