Fantastic place. Great desserts!

The desserts are fantastic. However, customer service needs serious improvement. Do not expect to be greeted when you step inside. Also, do not expect someone to help explain the variety of sweets inside the glass case. A smile and courtesy could be an improvement. If you want great cakes and sweet treats with less then mediocre service, this is the place for you.

Wonderful desserts and cakes but the customer service is HORRIBLE!! We went to pick up a $90.00 cake yesterday and the lady acted as if she was doing us a favor. No smile, no thank you for your business. Makes me want to take my business elsewhere but the cakes are so damn good.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Walked in looking for something for my wife. Customer service was beyond rude. The woman working the counter was sitting in the cafe eating and acted as if I was a great inconvenience to her. Ended up walking out not buying anything because of how poorly I was treated. It is a shame because I have been here before and had a great experience and the mousse cake is fantastic. But with the customer service I was given today, I will never go back.

I had a custom cake that was baked for my sisters birthday. Boy let me tell you that was the best cake we've ever had. The cake was decorated so beautifully we didn't want to cut into it. Once we did muster the courage to cut it, we discovered that not only was it beautifully decorated but it tasted amazing! I will definitely start ordering all birthday cakes from here now!!!!
