Christakis Burgers, Lubbock, Texas Restaurant Details

Food:

Ok so first off my sister in law and I went through the drive through together. We had two separate orders (one each) and each had a coupon. They completely disregarded our coupons and charged us full price. I was able to get my change back however half my fries were under cooked then the others were overcooked. They also didn't make my burger right. Then they couldnt figure out my sisters order. They didn't give her the fries to her meals but did give her an extra burger and soda. Im confused how that happened. And still they couldnt figure out the price so the manager just gave her the meal for free. Thats nice but it wasn't what she ordered! Lol

Food:

A good burger place, which is the same as every other Watabuger. Good food for okay prices. Deffinatly not the highlight of Lubbock however.

The service at this location was the absolute WORST I've ever experienced at any fast food restaurant. It took over 20 minutes to get a single cheeseburger and they forgot the two shakes we ordered so it took another 20 minutes to get those after my fiancé had to ask about them two more times, and when we finally got them they were not mixed at all. All the syrup was sitting at the bottom with the ice cream just poured in there. The employees were more concerned with socializing with each other and getting food for themselves than actually doing their job. DO NOT GO HERE.

Food:

Whataburger has a cult following in the south, so try not to let that cloud your judgment (or your tastebuds). It's decent food for a fast food place, but nothing special. And remind yourself that it IS just a fast food place. If you want an ACTUALLY good burger, go to a proper restaurant.

Food:

Best location in town. I have visited multiple times, and every time the food is good, the fries are hot and crisp, and the staff is very friendly. I often drive past other Whataburgers to get to this one.
