Chuck E Cheese's, Albuquerque, New Mexico Restaurant Details

Food:

Pizza is so so... But you go for your kids and not the food. Very safe place with their numbering system. You can be comfortable allowing your kiddo to wander while you sit at your table.

Manager (older man) is very rude & unprofessional. My family & I recently had our monthly visit to this location (westside, albq) November 2015 & the manager was rude. He seemed very irritated if we asked for help & worst of all, as my daughter & I were trying to leave quickly becaus she suffers from several disabilities & was having a panic/anxiety attack he had the nerve to tell her to relax because she was trying to get past the ropes. His words "relax" with a red face because I looked at him like really? Did not want to start a confrontation, just wanted to get my daughter out quickly for air. But very unprofessional!! I will never go back to this location just because of him. Sad because my family of 6 takes a trip to that location once a month for family fun. Not any more! A manager should be professional & kid friendly especially while working in an environment where there is a lot of children.

Food:

Chuck E. Cheese's is an old franchise, but I couldn't tell what is older, the pizza or Chuck E. Cheese's itself? Yes it is a children's play place and arcade, but even then the facilities have no reason to be as grubby a they are. I suggest if you want to have a fun day in ABQ, go to Hinkle Family Fun Center for birthdays or just for family fun.

I wish I could give this place no stars but i'll give it one... at least. Our pizza was 2 hours late and i found hair in my salad. They gave us a free pizza for an apology. I got puked on by a random little girl. I had a very bad at Chuck E Cheese's.
