Their website (mobile) does not show or state what actual activities they have. Pic of food but but none of games rides.. Tried calling location for 30m, no answer, can't get a live person! If they can't get the basics right why would I waste time going there! RIDICULOUS!

1- lack of employees to help
2- machines are broken
3- restrooms are in a huge mess and dirty
4- we paid over 95 $ for food then we waited for more than an hour for stupid reasons
5- all of the tables were dirty and full of people's left over food and for hours and we had to clean our table by ourselves

I gave a one because I couldn't give the zero this place deserves. Out of all the employees that work here only TWO of them kinda cared. The place was completely filthy. Food, empty cups amd trash everywhere. A lot of the games were "out of service", no surprise there. When I spoke to the staff they acted like I was bothering them. When my family and I first arrived 3 out of the 4 employees we saw were sitting down talking. This would have been fine if they were slow. If you are considering bringing your family to this location I would strongly urge you to drive the extra time to another.

I don't know where to start! We visited this location as we were passing through town. We waited over an hour for our Pizza! When we finally got it, it was cold! There was maybe 10 people in whole place and we still waited that long! Half of the machines were broke, the place was filthy. No paper towels in the restrooms and they smelled horrible. Our food was finally brought out after we complained about 5 times. The staff was completely unprofessional and appeared to not have a clue of what they were doing! The only bright spot in the whole nightmare was after we complained to the Manager he gave us a full refund.

I heard that a couple of employees got murdered there in 1993.
They say the animatronics started acting weird after that, but, hey, what could go wrong...?

Maybe they should hire a night gaurd... but then agian, something could happen.
