Extremely poor customer service. No one knows anything, no one can help. The telephone is absolutely useless. Very disappointing.

no stars for this place! i have taken my children there when they were little some 12 years ago...good/no i will say delicious pizza awaited the kids as a character walked around and shook the kids hand...(sometimes we even ordered an extra pizza to take home it was that good!!) as they played games and got lost in the ball pit...a great place for moms to take their kids and be safe...i have not frequented this place since the kids are now in their 20's...so we decided to head to chuck E. Cheese with the kids my daughter babysits..what a disappointment from the moment we stepped in...a hot summer weekday to spend an afternoon there...we were done in about an hour...we spent every penny we had even with a coupon..the worst part is that the pizza was horrible! no crust around the edge of this pizza..what cardboard box did it come out of..or did they use the cardboard for the crust??? it came wrong as we ordered only 1.2 pepperoni..we could pick it off but the cheese sort of stuck to it...o well..the drinks were another sad story..i tried the lemonade and added water b/c of the sweetness but the water tasted horrible...the ice had a weird smell to it...the diet coke was tinny...the regular coke was out or something as only soda came through...it was a huge disappointment for all of us...the games i will have to say are nice to be only one token each...that is the only saving grace...after about an hour we were done...we had spent over $40.00 for a pizza and 4 pop and tokens and we all left hungry...i thought o i will get a side salad but for $7.00 more dollars i could make one with fresh ingredients..was there a salad bar policeman watching if i went back up as i do not like to mix alot of food on my plate or i may go back up for a bit more dressing? i couldn't take the chance and opted not to have a salad even though i was looking forward to one... we will be wiser when looking for something to do...we will not be returning...too bad you have a good thing going...get rid of that pizza...horrible...for the money i can get Degeorno and it tasts so much better...i cannot express how it churned our stomachs...sat like a lump and tasted like the board it came on...well not much more to add except i hope someone really reads these comments and takes note...

This place is a mad house. Especially on a weekend. Kids running over other kids and parents no where to be found. The staff seems overwhelmed and it seems under staffed or something. Pizza was a chain pizza for sure. They had some fun games there and things for the kids. Go in when it opens rather than dinner time.
