Pizza is just OK but the kids don't seem to care. Staff seems a little depressed. No one smiles

We took our god son and we all had a blast. The place is a lot cleaner than these other reviews are saying. We had absolutely no problem with the staff. They were friendly and even went out of the way to handle a few of our requests. Definitely going again.

Terrible place! Extremely trashy and dirty. Counted 13 tables where customers left already that hadn't been bussed. The table next to us never got bussed by the staff and people coming in were having to move the trash themselves. Pizza took 45 minutes to get to our table and it was greasy and tasted bad. After telling the staff three times that some child had defecated on the floor of the photo booth they finally decided 30 minutes later to clean it up after half the children there had already stepped in it. On top of all that, half of the games were broken. Won't be back.

It's Sticky floor time! time and time again. Salad bar is repulsive, good news you can get a beer if you wait 5 minutes for someone that can ring you in and you'll need 1 2 deal with this place that the kids love. Expect at least least 2 games to take your tokens. The highlight is Chucky running out and doing a platform dance 2 throws out free tickets, the kids in attendance go wild! get your cameras ready, regardless its easy on the pockets compared 2 most kid venue's but a TRUE ghetto experience.

I love Chuck E. Cheese but it's time for a face lift if they want to stay competitive. We've only been twice in the Colorado springs area by Tinsel town and enjoyed it; but compared to ITZ, ITZ is the place to go hands down. Every Tuesday you can feed your whole family with their unlimited buffet for $2.99 each. You can't beat the space nor the amusement rides. The price for games can be a bit pricey but purchase the unlimited card that goes by the hour and most definitely take advantage of coupon offers.

As for Chuck E Cheese, they need to come up with a concept like ITZ but wow the consumers with their own twist. Also change out the game every 9 months to a year to keep it fresh and anything that holds germs like the tunnel and the balls got to go. Maybe a small tunnel for our toddlers so that they can learn coordination and motor skill. Most definitely add games that are educational for the little ones. Make it fun! Video game Mine Craft which seems to be popular amongst our tweens. Space is a plus!! I can go on and on. I would hate to see Chuck E Cheese go away. :-(
