The staff was helpful and friendly but they were veeeeeeeeeeeery slow. Most of the machines were broken and it smells like urine.

Worst Chuckecheese location ever. I almost puked from the horrible smell. It smelled as if the carpets haven't been cleaned since they were first installed. The service was horrible. The staff was not rude or disrespectful but they were severly understaffed. Everyone was waiting for the same person who stamped your hand to get drinks and give out the lame toys after redeeming tickets. All the games looked as if there was a staph or coli bacteria staring you in the face, you can just sense it. This place serves food but please stay away from it. You have better luck buying a frozen pizza and using their microwave if the insane thought of eating at this place enters your mind. It should be shut down!

It was ok, not much for little ones and they don't have a ball house.

The grandchildren have lots of fun,but I think it needs remodeling and more incentives for the families.
