Food:

I walked in and it was nasty. No Clean tables, food all over the floor and food caked on the games!!! I have never seen it this bad!!!! Used to take my kids there all the time and now, NEVER AGAIN!!!!! I will spend extra money at The Amazing Pizza Machine, where it's clean!!!! I also think if the employees did their job and the had a couple of people that went around and clean tables and maybe cleaned you may get more guest. Rather the Filth that was there! !!!

Great for my little kids k (1&2). They had a really fun time!

Awful. Chuck E Cheese's has really went down.
Alot of the machines didn't work.
Alot of games didn't have tickets.
Pizza was awful.
Then when you get to the front she kept saying sorry were out of that item.
In my personal experience our kids didn't even enjoy this place.
Chuck E Cheese's is lost and going down fast!!

I went in after the dinner rush and although not many people there, not one table was clean. I asked them to clean a table for the 6 of us. Instead of cleaning a table, she pointed to the corner where there was one table "clean". After being grossed out how dirty it was, I took it upon myself to get the napkins, get them wet by the sodas, and clean the table myself. Then after about 15 min I decided not to wait for the others I was meeting there and order food. They then told me that the kitchen was closed. Why didn't they tell me when I walked in or got a table that they were closed? After expressed my unhappiness about cleaning my own table and how dirty it was, they were more concerned with what table it was then addressing the problem. Maybe it was a blessing the kitchen was closed. if they cant clean the tables, who knows how dirty that kitchen was. It was absolutely dirty and I have no plans to give that place a second shot. I will stick with pizza machine.
