Love the steak sandwiches and chicken fried chicken! However service isn't the best at this location.

Love the food. I would like to see it get updated but it would probably cause a price increase so...I'll take it as is! :-)

Got to be the best chicken fried steak I have ever had. And I have had them from all over. Great job folk's.

I love the food, but Terry (or however you to spell it) is the worst food service general manager I have ever seen. I've been a long time customer, but will never go back. She was rude and treated the employees like dirt. Our order was misplaced so it took us forever to get the food. Another person, who I am assuming is some sort of manager apologized and comp'd our drinks, which helped. The rest of the employees were friendly. But Terry ruined the experience. I stood at the counter for a long time waiting on our drinks, then a long time trying to ask why our food was taking so long. She walked past me at least a dozen times and never looked at me or smiled or greeted me and several of the times she ignored me it was just the two of us as the other employees were busy. I felt sorry for the girl that lost our order and the boy that comp'd our drinks because she got onto them with customers standing there.but the kicker was when I asked the boy if I get a refill on my cherry limeade. She lowered her voice but I could still hear her even with her back to me and told him flat out no. "We don't give refill on those just fill it with sprite and give it back to her." And she did so without informing me. The thing was, I expected to pay for the refill! I should have thrown it back in her face. I asked her position and she was very rude as she told me she was the general manager. I couldn't believe it. How she got that position I can only imagine. Related to someone maybe? Cold arrogant and rude.

I really think Chuck House needs to get some adult supervision at there restaurant at night! I went up there at 7:30 to get something to eat before work and what a JOKE. The girl couldn't get my order right because she couldn't quit talking and laughing with who I don't know. Then when I get my order the white girl with the long brownish blonde ponytail comes up to the girl handing me my food at the window and said to bad you didn't drop that food on the floor. I COULDN'T BELIEVE WHAT I HEARD! I live in the neighborhood we eat there alot. But after this I WON'T BE BACK.!
