03/05/2013 7:51 pmSince when does church's not have butter and honey packets? Then on top out that you only get one drink refill when most church's have self serve fountain drinks. I have always loved church's chicken but I am very disappointed in this particular location. When I asked for a second refill the employees were very rude about it and said you're only allowed 1 refill. REALLY? What percentage of the people out there get a second refill you'd think they'd be happy to give it so they could have repeat business. Hell I haven't even talked about the food quality yet. The chicken was barely warm the okra was old and soggy like it been sitting there for hours. The only thing that seemed fresh was the corn on the cob but that wasn't any good either without butter. It shouldn't matter what store you go to they should all be the same the same service the same food same everything. Whatever happened to the saying? (The customer is always right). If this store worked as hard on customer service as much as they do on pinching pennies they would be much more successful because they would get repeat customers. I'll never go back and I would definitely not recommend anybody else go. Hopefully somebody up the corporate ladder will read this I could use a free meal or a few free meals in place of this bad experience. |
