Drive-Thru around 11:45am. Only person there and it took 10+ minutes. The gravy was extremely watered down. Chicken was decent. Far cry from what this place used to be.

Ordered and paid. Looked at my receipt and the prices I was charged did not match the prices on the board. ($5) difference. When I started asking about it they told me that they raised the prices. I asked why it was not reflected on the menu they said I could go somewhere else. Poor customer service and overcharging. I will be contacting the Bbb, corporate office and cfpb

Always take so long... But today after 15 minutes on line the cashier told me "your order its ready" and i pay....... five minutes later and still waiting.

Do not go to this Church's Chicken! I bought two - two-peice dark and one of them was old chicken! When I spoke to the manager, and told him about the chicken, he argued that his chicken was fresh! I told him that one box was fresh but the other was old chicken. I asked him how would he compensate me for bringing it back. Of course, I'm using my gas to return chicken that should not have been bad in the first place. He asked me what I wanted, I said I would not be unreasonable, but he could give me a three-piece white! He said "you've got to be kidding!" My response was he had to be kidding, I am the customer, who was served bad chicken, I was only asking for a three piece white, and that's unreasonable? He disagreed and made me feel he didn't care that his chicken was old! I am so tired of bad customer service! So, forget about a rating of poor-fair, it's all POOR!
