Church's Chicken, Toledo, Ohio Restaurant Details

I love their boneless chicken wings but every single time I go they are out of them , along with half the menu! I call to check before I drive there, no answer! Ever!

I have been to the Church's Chicken on Franklin Ave maybe 4 times in the course of one year and 3 out of those 4 times they have completely got the order wrong. I ask for spicy chicken (and pay extra for it) only to get home and have regular or I have asked for certain side dishes only to open the box or look in the bag and one of them is missing...I finally called to complain about it and they were completely indifferent about it and couldn't care less. I don't know why the employees at this location have such a difficult time getting an order correct, but if you must go there, please always double check your orders and if you order spicy chicken, make sure to taste it and be sure that it is not actually regular....
