Good food when they got food n poor customer service

I came at 10:45 to get some food for my kids on a sat they open at at 10:30 and they had the open sign on but the door was locked they seen me standing there for a while and did nothing Like I wasn't there don't go there if you want good service they are rude and unprofessional
