I like the food here but not the service.

It is amazing that a restaurant that sells such incredibly delicious chicken, can have such terrible customer service! We just drove in approximately 9:32 p.m. on a Wednesday night, April 22nd, 2015.

The store hours said they were open until 10 p.m. The inside was locked and the guy behind the counter motioned for us to go through the drive thru.

As we pulled up to the drive thru window, we were informed that there would be a wait on any food orders. A 15 minute wait. So by this time it would have been 9:55 before we could have received any food. I then asked the lady on the drive thru, "how does that work? You say it will be a 15 minute wait, but then we only have 5 minutes to get our food?"

The lady working the drive thru did not give ANY response or reply after I asked that question. We finally drove off without food.

Drive up through the drive thur- lights are still on, waiting for someone to take my order after 3 minutes I decided to drive up to the window. The Damn Place is closed. What the hell is the Menu Board still doing up. As I drove around to go into the store. The Damn Windows Boarded up.
Sorry Place and Probably why they closed.
