Church's Fried Chicken, San Antonio, Texas Restaurant Details

Made a call in order for 20 piece meal and when arrived the order was not ready ... calling corporate

Update 4-29-16 time 1632

The manager just called my cell questioning me on my order and had no recollection of even speaking with me for my initial call in order ... Stating he is the only person who is allowed to answer the phone ... ETC ETC ... No reason to detail the rest ... I will no longer go to this location ... Integrity is all I ask for ...

Food:

my husband I would probably eat Church's Chicken once or twice a week or more sometimes, we moved over here to this location and we don't go at all anymore.
I know it's not a lot of money when you spend $25 a couple of times a week one person, but when you look at all the reviews this place has and all the rules reviews about the rude employees and the cold food, it's true they can make you wait 15 minutes and I live 5 minutes away and my food is still cold when I get home. No way that they're in there cooking anything fresh, they sitting there and talking to one another and laughing they act like you're bothering them it's a waste of time corporate you to shut it down!!

On Google it says it's open till midnight. JUST left that place. Got to the drive-thru a little after 11:30pm. Lights were on, employees were talking to each other including a brunette with a jacket on. They didn't even acknowledge me waiting for 5 minutes at the drive thru. Even if they were closed early they could have left me know instead of me waiting there. Will NOT come back. Should have read the reviews before. Would have saved me some time.

Food:

Asked for a 16 piece and the woman said they'd have to make it fresh and tried to talk me out of it. I said no thanks I'll wait. Twenty minutes later, they bring me old chicken, not fresh, and it was disgusting. They also forgot my biscuits. Y'all are the butthole of fast food and that is saying something.

Food:

I have come here a couple of times in the past years, now I remember why I stayed away. Disgustingly rude workers and they serve old food. It's like they only seek to hire self loathing degenerates. Stay away from this location. Last but not least have you wait at the speaker for more than five minutes with no other car ahead of you only to be rude when they finally decide to work.
