Church's Fried Chicken, San Antonio, Texas Restaurant Details

Always weekly in the evening they run out either on white chicken or dark or on sides.....and often managers attitude not always friendly it's like we the customers wasting their time.....and if you look to the one cooking no hair covered and now and then one sees wiping their sweat or nose

Every time we go they never have fresh chicken or they closed at 9 pm

I arrived at 8:15 on a Monday night, walked in to the counter. Five minutes later, a female employee was still talking on her cell phone, and a male employee was hosing down a stainless steel vat. Appeared that someone had recently swept, as the dirt pile was right in the door way behind the counter. What filth!! I asked, "Are you open now?" and there was no response. The two employees just looked in my direction and kept on talking on the cell phone and hosing down the customers...er, i mean, the vats...(or maybe the rats also). I will never go here again

They advertise that they have spicy chicken but never have it ready! If you want spicy I advise you to look elsewhere. I've gone on numerous occasions (different days, different times) and they've rarely had spicy chicken available. The one time it was available it had obviously been in the warmer so long that it was more jerky than fried chicken! If you aren't going to have it available, remove it from the menu!
