10/01/2013 12:12 am The service from the Vietnamese lady is really good, she really knows how to keep a customer happy and well at home. She deserves a raise in my opinion. One of the manager there however, did not seem to know anything about customer service. I asked for a custom order hamburger pizza rolls but what I got instead was regular hamburger pizza. Why does he also look so ticked off all the time? Smile, man. If you ask which manager, it was the Hispanic/Latino/Mexican guy. Sorry, I don't know his name. |
