Cici's Pizza, Mesa, Arizona Restaurant Details

Food:

it's basically dead. the CiCi's where I used to live were always full and kept as clean as possible. pizza was usually fresh and more was always made when they ran out. the times i've come to this one, it's always empty and the employees are barely seen. the pizza isn't fresh, it's dirty. it looks old, abandoned. I definitely won't be stopping by to eat any time soon

Food:

the gilbert location is dirty, needs a paint job and the tables to be scrubbed down and the floors needs new tile.
it is nice to have all you can eat but the pizza was not very good, nor the salad. everything looked dirty and old. The gilbert store needs to be remodled badly. A friend and their family went and they were horribly disappointed.

The person sitting in front of me was licking his fingers eating then going up to the buffet touching the food and i brought it to the manager attention and he said that he told them not too but instead of enforcing it he argued with me about sanitation like people oh well people do it all the time well educate yourself about it people can catch diseases and get really sick from it. Then he refused to refund me my money. The store was dirty and the staff was un friendly and i wouldnt waste my money going there anymore.

Food:

Pizzas were ice cold. Must've been some sitting there for over half an hour. Ordered a personal pizza when it was sent to our table it was charred and looked like someone dumped an entire jar of spinach all over it. When asking the manager if this pizza looked like the one in photos he said get the hell out. Will not be returning here. Poor poor poor service.

Food:

I went here tonight with my fiancé and the pizza didn't taste done all the way. Plus the employees were not on task at all they only said "Welcome to CiCi's" to every other person. Plus not only that while there was customers in the lobby area the employees were speaking Spanish, I don't approve of that at all. My dad served in the Army and he fought to keep our land free, not for Latinos to speak Spanish to other employees and get paid for a job they're not even doing plus it is not good customer service to see employees eating while suppose to be working. Do something about this asap.
