Cici's Pizza, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma Restaurant Details

Food:

I love Cici's pizza but this one is the worst. Dirty dishes, dirty cups, dirty tables, dirty seats. I had diarhea so bad after eating here. Can't claim it wasn't them, it smelt just like they're oily pizza "/ never went back. My friend went and his whole family got sick. There's something wrong with this place. . .

Friendly staff, good prices. Don't expect the best pizza around, but if you expect buffet quality you will be more than happy.

The overall dining experience was good. Food was fresh and the staff was very accommodating...well, almost. They mentioned several times, "just let us know what you want." When I asked for a pizza to be made the staff was overly friendly about making it and I saw them already prepping the pizza so I went to my seat. The girl comes back over and tells me the manager (Jo) won't allow her to make me this pizza and that I can't get it. If the manager had a problem with my order she should have came over and took care of it instead of sending a messenger. I'm sure they made the cook toss my pizza in the trash instead of into the oven. If you have the ingredients I don't see the problem. Total flunk on the customer service by the manager. If I could find the owner of this franchise I would be emailing them.

My wife and I had a craving for pizza about a month ago and decided to give Cici's pizza a try. I haven't really eaten here regularly since high school! The food was great and fresh. We really loved the soup. The best part was the outstanding service from the team. Jerry the manager was completely on point. We noticed that he would lead his team to be organized and efficient. Jerry kept his cool during busy times and even went out to tidy and clean the buffet stations. Since that first time we've come back two other times and it's been the same great service.

We got there and it was slow. Then they had a line out the door and they were running out of plates, but they kept the pizza variety coming, and the staff was all pleasant even though they were running non-stop. They also had a down syndrome working there and she was so sweet and they treated everyone kindly. Best experience at a Cici's!!!
