05/03/2014 6:20 pmThe food was great, the service however could have been better. We were standing at the front for 10 minutes until someone finally seated us and it took another 20 minutes for someone to actually take our order, by the end of the night the food was not bad at all. |

02/02/2014 6:53 pmRating on service, not food. Our party of 3 came on a Saturday night. Place was full; no one greeted us. There was no "Please Seat Yourself" sign posted, so some confusion there until a hostess greeted us. Once sitting, we waited a good 10 minutes with no service. No one came by with water, something you expect nowadays. My dad asked a passing waiter if someone could help us, she said they'd be right there. We waited one more minute before leaving, because we were hungry and getting frustrated. |

06/27/2013 9:36 amMy wife and I went. With a Groupon or Amazon local, it is an excellent deal for budget minded people. The food was awesome, great tasting, and big helpings. My wife and I ordered 2 entrees and an appetizer. It was so much we had to take some home. Our waitress was very nice and service was excellent. |

07/09/2012 6:37 pmDirty, dusty, slow, nonchalant customer service. Visited on a Sunday evening, after church with a colleague and her son. We first took note to the fact that the menus were dirty and sticky. We squirted some hand sanitizer and tried to make do. She and her son excused themselves to the bathroom yet returned in horror. The bathrooms were covered in wet toilet paper, dust, smelly and disgusting. We did not eat. She told the staff who rolled their eyes but said they would check on it. We left never to return. |

03/08/2012 11:41 amEh.... Been a long time customer and it's sad that this place just continuesto slide - no matter what location we're talking about. It used to be that you could get a good quality, decent portion simplt italian meal for a reasonable price. Sadly, the quality continues to slide, and yet, the prices continue to rise. We went recently - sub with fries, side salad, baked ziti, side salad and side of meatballs. 2 sodas. The bill was $44 before tip. And food was mediocre at best. At $30-$35 - this would be acceptable. The ziti had cheese that looked anemic (no bubbling / browning to enhance flavor), the sauce was ORANGE!. Salads were the highlight - nice fresh mixed greens. But really - they need to get the costs / quality under control. We won't be back. |
