The POS system went down and the Crew stayed professional. I waited 40 min and the manager took care of me.

Flavorful bbq. On the expensive side. Not as good (or affordable ) as 62 BBQ in Johnstown.

Excellent barbecue with daily specials. Can get very busy at lunch.

12:15 pm, The place was packed. Line wrapped to the back of the restaurant. Did not look like that many people were working. Saw 5. Considered leaving...not without that incredible smelling food. The line went quick and smoothly. I was impressed with the flow and efficiency. Eddie was the cashier. He was nice. Wish I caught the name of the man who handed me my order. He even apologized for the wait, which was not an issue. Unbelievable.

These guys are doing everything right.

If this is your first bbq, and you think you don't like bbq, don't give up. Try Ray Ray's, Land Yacht, or the joint in the North Market.

This was the worst bbq I've ever had, and I at least like most bbq. The ribs were dry and lacking in flavor beyond a kingsford matchlight chemical smoke flavor. My wife's pulled pork was much the same.

The chicken thigh and leg were also dry inside and coated in a syrupy sauce that could hide any flavor. How do you make dry thigh meat? That's the kind of screwup you have to work at.

The mac & cheese was basically banquet frozen bs. The green beans were grey and salty and from a can. This wasn't improved by the soggy bits of overfried bacon. My wife's greens were so salty they were acrid. They reminded me of what I imagine licking a road in winter time would be like.

Worst of all, the Shiner Bock was skunked, so I couldn't even wash down the disappointment. I just switched disappointments.
