Been there several times, ran out of potatoes 3 out of 6 times I've visited. Then I wanted to wait,first the lady said it would be a 20 min, come back inside she changes the wait time to 40 minutes! I'm done with them!

Their veggie melt's are the best I have tasted PERIOD. Hands down the best sandwich I EVER TASTED. The cold veggie melt is off tha chain too. The staff is ALWAYS kool and the place stays clean and the sweet tea is definitely on point. I Love this place. Quan (~.-)

I've eaten here tons of times, but I always get it to go. Place is always clean, staff is always friendly....but the decor is really irritating. Every City Bites looks like that, not just this one, and I just hate how it looks. Might be just me, but I think it's terrible.
