Food:

Went tonight for a friend's birthday. There were 6 of us in our party. We ordered a variety of food and drinks and everything was awesome! Toward the end of our evening I had a little medical issue and the staff was wonderful. I cannot describe how grateful and appreciative I am for their help and concern.....to the point of calling paramedics. Thank you beyond words to all of the staff and to the amazing stranger who was an EMT and just happened to be having dinner there who helped me. I wish there were a way to repay the kindness and interruption of his meal. THANK YOU BEYOND WORDS!!!!

Food:

So I'm picky, esp. about steak. Went in for a late lunch and ordered the widowmaker and the tri tip. The burger was amazing. Thick, juicy patty, red relish was delightful and the shoe string fries fresh from the fryer. The tri tip was cold along with the roasted veggies. Pretty pink middle but looked like it has been cut before resting. Little chewy, little dry. Sent it back, the waiter said he asked for a new one and based on his other service i believe he did. I'm 100% certain they stuck it in a microwave for a min. It came back in about 3 min, grey, dry and chewy. Half expected that, because getting a refire on a steak in a chain is like pulling teeth most of the time. So rather than complain i was prepared to set my teeth to gnash and get on with my day. My sweet husband offered to trade me because he's less picky. This is where my experience gets amazing. Our waiter Narciso saw that we traded and got the manager, Jane? Who offered to send it back again or get me anything else i wanted. We were late getting back south so i declined and so she comped the tri tip, even though my husband ate it. I was super impressed the waiter did this of his own volition and would absolutely give 5 stars *if* the cook hadn't tried to pass that off as a new steak.

Food:

This chain is well known for it's over the top size servings. That hasn't changed but they seem to be trying to be a little more gourmet. The "Crown Grilled Pineapple" Cocktail was a prime example. I very much enjoyed it. Food was as expected which was good but not too exciting. Service was excellent!

Food:

Empty restaurant. You can see in front of you that there are plenty of open table. Yet, they still make you wait 15-20 minutes. What's more troubling was that the group that was in front of us didn't have a reservation as well and they got seated right away. The food was ok but the service is just terrible. Specially the ladies on the counter. GENERAL MANAGER: PACHECO...GET YOUR STAFF TOGETHER. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS TRAINING.

We were in tonight for an early dinner. When we arrived we were seated promptly which was nice, but we had to walk by 3-4 dirty tables. Our hostess seated us in the least dirty table out of the 4. The table did not look like it had been wiped down. I immediately asked the hostess to clean our table, but the seats were also dirty and the carpet of the restaurant did not look like it had been vacuumed all day. There was food on every seat and every table and under the tables.The food was nothing special for the price, and the service was horrible. We were seated right next to the kitchen and had to over hear the waiter's profanities about the cook getting the orders wrong and we had our 6 year old with us. This restaurant was dirty, undermanaged and very unprofessional. I am positive that we will never be back!
