Steve is the "manager" im sure everyone is complaining about. By far the rudest person on staff. I dont even bother walking up to the bar when hes behind it. I love this place but the two stars are for steve's poor attitude.

Fried green tomatoes and popcorn shrimp were really good. The service was not so great, but the place was really cool. Good price for the amount of food. Overall it was a good experience, just don't be in a hurry.

Very nice location but very very rude staff. $10 for a bland fish sandwich on a white bun?? I don't think so. Not worth the time or money, the gimmick is all the dead animals on display. Never again!

I have gone to Clarks 3 times. My first time was questionable. Food came out cold, and a bit bland. Service was great. 2nd time was better. Hot food, good service, no drinks. Had just carbonation. This third time, was my worst experience. My Food not only came out completely cold, but tasteless, bland and looked pretty bad. Fried shrimp had no seasoning, the fish had no flavor and tasted like 3 days old. my 2nd meal offered to me at my choice as a substitute, was hot, yet no taste, overcooked and quite disgusting. I no-longer wanted to place an order for the 3rd time. My party also waited on a kids meal for 30 minutes AFTER the 50 minutes for the rest of the food. Service from the server was good. Though the server and assistant that delivered the food, we asked for refills 2 times in 10 minutes and also asked for the kids food. One never returned with an answer or drinks, the server did. Not sure if we shall return. The location is nice, but i fear that the quality will only go down more.

've heard of how interesting the restaurant was, with the numerous taxidermy animals and such. I went with some friends of mine, and while my food was good, the attitude from the waiter and the "manager" was utterly sub-par. Prime rib, even medium (since they could not provide medium rare as requested) should not be dry and grainy. Waiter excused that as being cooked less than other restaurants' medium, but this was dry in the sense of well-done. So-called manager essentially called a party member a liar and claimed that he had consumed 2/3 of the meal, whereas that was not the case (and was evidenced with a photo from before we started eating after the plate was brought back out to the "manager's" displeasure). A free meal wasn't demanded, just what he had ordered. "Manager" refused to state his name, in addition to making disparaging remarks as he walked away.
While this was my first time going to the restaurant, it was also my last. If the owners keep those kinds of managers employed, they do not deserve my return business. Essentially the attitude was "We serve plenty of people, we don't care about you", and that's uncalled for. My meal was quite delicious and satisfying, the terrible service from "Steve" (as told from "Josh" the bartender) will keep me from returning.
