Penny is a good massage therapist, but talks wayyy too much. Gets really into your personal life. Also has a bizarre mixture of hillbilly bullshit (homophobia, Obama hate, etc.) and new age religion bullshit. In literally the same breath you'll hear something like "It's all good, go with the flow, be at peace with the universe" followed by "I don't believe that races should mix, it's just wrong."

A pretty non-relaxing environment for most people.
