Overpriced, poor quality food, and small portion sizes.

I left my purse at the restaurant. When I called to ask if anyone had found it the person on the phone assured me it had not been turned in. I asked if she would please look under the table where I was sitting. She refused, stating she had already told me the purse was not there. I went back to the restaurant and lo and behold my purse was there. Obviously the rude employee intended to steal my purse as she was leaving work for the day. I will never return to this establishment. NEVER. Rude and I can only assume one thief as an employee. That cannot be good for business. Food is mediocre at best. 10/30/15

I work in Chase Tower and have regularly eaten breakfast and lunch at Otto's but, no more. I am extremely trired of the poor customer service and lack of professionalism on display at all times at this restaurant. The cashiers are generally unpleasant and the kitchen is SLOW. I have waited as long as 20 minutes for a club sandwich. We do not have alot of options in this area of the tunnel without walking far so I keep thinking "today will be better" but it never is. I have learned my lession and will take the walk. Good exercise anyway.

NASTY…Yesterday morning 08.20.2014, I found a foreign article (material) in my egg and cheese breakfast burrito. I felt a rubbery article (material) as I took my second bite, and so I spit it out onto the rapper. I immediately brought it to the attention of the African American employee (older light complexion female), and she said that she didn’t know what it was after she examined it. I told her that I wanted it back as she took the rapper back into the kitchen to ask the kitchen personnel (Ms. Ado and others). They speculated that it was probably the skin of an onion after some debate (more like an argument). Frustrated, one of the kitchen personnel hurriedly stanched up the rapper contain the remains of my burrito / foreign article and threw them both in the garbage. Upset that they had thrown away the burrito / foreign article, I explained that I wanted to re-examine it. They apologized, gave me the refund that I requested, and the manager asked me to give them another chance later. I DON’T THINK SO! Y’ALL NASTY!!!

Visited the Downtown Aquarium and wanted some great barbecue; Otto's was within the vicinity. Upon discovering the location was a food court, I became discouraged, but we soon discovered their food and service were excellent. The double-meat, old-fashioned po'boy sandwich was excellent. The selection of meats and combinations was convenient. I treated myself and three others for around $40.
