02/19/2016 1:47 pmAwesome atmosphere--stroll down the cobblestone Cobb Lane and into the Clyde and you feel like you've gone back in time or to an old English pub. Inside is great with the main bar, small back bar and outside has plenty of heaters for the cold times of year. This is a place I always like to take out of town guests to showcase a really cool bar and amazing beer list in Bham. Food is incredible as well--burger with sweet potato fries is hard to beat. During Auburn & Alabama football games, all Alabama brewed draft beers are half off, and Tuesdays all Birmingham brewery drafts are half off. Cheers! |

02/13/2016 6:30 pmThe sign said seat yourself, but when we found an empty table an employee quickly stopped us and said we had to wait. We ordered our food and waited over an hour for it to be served. One member of our party waited an hour only for them to arrive and say that they were out of what he ordered. So another 20-25 minute wait ensued before he got his food. The burger was fresh, but for $15 it came with a paltry amount of fries. In the end, they only comped the missing dish and charged us for everything else. I enjoy craft brews, but for an average price of $7-8 per glass (not pint) it gets a little outrageous. I probably won't be back. |

01/15/2016 5:16 pmYou gotta try a gus burger with your egg over easy. That rich yolk running all over your burger is dynamite! So many beers in this place I usually stick to what's on tap. |

01/02/2016 1:02 amHEATED BACK PATIO!! No big brand beers, instead the little guys and local guys! I love the atmosphere! The bar tender is bearded and cool and our waitress is pierced and bubbly! The music literally took us back to some good memories while making new ones. The Wangs and Fried Green Onions are absolutely delightful! If you're a cheese connoisseur, the cheese plate is the dish for you! |

12/15/2015 5:27 amExtremely knowledgable staff that knows their beer. The food is also highly recommended from simple chicken fingers to refined entrees. If the huge draft and bottle selection is overwhelming ask one of the trained staff for an excellent recommendation. |
