11/24/2015 1:38 amToday was my first time at this restaurant. The food here is some of the best in the city! I came in for lunch and the service was fast and efficient. Their lunch is a buffet so I got to eat my fill! They have some of the best hot and sour soup I've ever had in Colorado. The restaurant itself is also very clean and tidy. I really enjoyed their kung pao chicken and their sugar donuts are excellent! I also found out that they deliver as well, so I will be using that service too! For an all you can eat buffet at such a low price, what can you do to beat such a great deal?? Very pleased with everything and will be coming back again soon! |

11/17/2015 4:46 amThe Rudest and worst service I have ever experienced. Completely unwilling to fix their mistakes. I was with Amanda for lunch that day. The waitress and the owner were rude and disrespectful. When the issue of hair being in our food was brought up, nothing was done. The waitress said uh ok with aattitude, and said she would tell the kitchen. No one came to us again until maybe 20 minutes later we called the waitress over to ask what was going to be done about this. To which her response was to argue that it wasn't a black hair so it's not theirs. Mind you, we showed her the hair was string through the noodle, obviously baked in. She was rude the entire time were explaining the issue. Not once was it offered to remove her meal from the check. We were offered 10% off our bill. We did not ask for our entire bill to be waived. Amanda simply stated that we should not have to pay for her food that she was 2 bites into when finding a hair. Then when we got up to pay the owner started rudely telling us how we have to pay . Made accusations that we always complain and we're just trying to get free food. 1st None of us have ever complained there. It has been our lunch destination for years. I love their food. 2nd none of us are more the 5 bites of food, so what food exactly were we trying to get for free? |

11/16/2015 6:48 pmWorst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. I want to give them no stars. I went to the buffet, found a HAIR cooked into my food three bites in, and they refused to apologize or acknowledge the issue. In fact they argued with me and both the waitress and the manager were extremely disrespectful. They made me wait to even talk to them. The waitress told me "I kept talking at her" and checking her watch. The manager said I always complain (I have never complained there. EVER.). I gave them better customer service than they gave me. That is a problem. They really just don't care. It all just became too awkward, and clear that it is impossible to reason with them or get through to them. I ended up having to pay for three bites of hair infused food. It was disgusting and unacceptable. I'm telling everyone I know not to go there, and in doing so have heard other horrifying stories about this Coal Mine Dragon (on 8th St.) in just the past couple days. Its amazing this place is still in business. Hopefully people read this and can avoid the unhygienic and honestly, mediocre food I was forced to endure. |

09/20/2015 12:35 amThis place is okay. Crab cheese wontons are mediocre (not enough filling to justify $5). They allowed me to order Sesame Chicken with white meat only and then the next time I called they stated they would not allow me to order it.... Is this not a business? It just shows me that this place is not fresh. Will not be ordering here again. |
