Cobby's, Boise, Idaho Restaurant Details

Fantastic sandwiches. I've tried 3 and loved them all! Would recommend the "Seth's Special" to anyone, but it isn't on the menu.

Very overpriced. Gives you even less meat then subway does. For the price you'd think they would load you up. Not the case....

I've been going to Cobby's since they opened (about the same time Rich opened Peg Leg's) many years ago. The sandwiches were always good (excluding the IRS period.) The past few times I've stopped by, the quality has waned. Today I picked up a couple of sandwiches in Garden City. The bread was so hard and stale the meat squirted out whenever I took a bite...not what it used to be.

Best clam chowder in town, hands down.

Best sandwiches in the valley. Cost a few pennies more than the chain sandwich shop across the street... You get what you pay for!
