Had an awful experience here. The tables were disgusting and the plates and cups were not clean at all. The food was mediocre and the service was horrible, no help was given. The smell was awful and the overall experience was terrible. Never go here.

Food:

Great place to eat. They always feed you more than enough and you will always be able to take some home. Best catfish and cornbread around. It's also fun watching them throw and flip your cornbread up to the ceiling and catch it in the skillet.

Not for everyone but the food is very good, best to eat fries first as once they cool down there's no saving them, pleasant staff some better than others, ask for Jessica, Devon, or Zack if coming. I recommend the shrimp and chicken as they are by far the best that this place has to offer.

I love Cock of the Walk! I eat there everytime I am in Nashville. I found one also in Pensacola, Florida. Wonderful Catfish, with all the good southern trimmings. The servers are always friendly and fun. The portions are large, always more than I can eat, so I take leftovers home. Reasonably priced. My only complaint is they are not open for lunches.

Won't come back. Came with large tour "herded" into large room. It was like they were feeding the inmates at a prison, on tin plates, cups. Cornbread tough and hard to cut. Tasteless. The fish was just ok. We kept running out of things, asking for cole slaw, tartar sauce, etc, and having to wait for it. What a zoo. Moooooo.
