Ordered 2 salads. Both were terrible. I'm still sick to my stomach. My kids burgers were burnt and the soda was very watered down. I'm done never again.

Just horrible. We came here years ago and it was amazing. Now it's just disgusting. The portion of the hash was so small. Kid size. I had to send it back because the potatoes were undercooked and cold and the chorizo was cold and had too much onion. The pancakes were too doughy. Coffee tasted burnt. They never brought us napkins or spoons. Never coming back.

This place has a fantastic base of many loyal customers who have come here for years and would happily bring future generations of their families in to share in the tradition it's become, but out-of-touch management with the tendency to consistently understaff and overwork their employees leads to a negative experience for everyone. If a rush comes in, it's a free for all, and many customers are left waiting for too long because there simply are not enough employees to tend to everyone, not to mention the cooks and their habit of not listening. The servers are hard-working and should be treated better, given that they are the direct line of communication between the store and the customer.

It's also be great if some of the managers could learn the difference between a "host" and a "hostess."

There's a reason the local managers all jump ship and go to Mimi's, and Coco's will continue to be a shadow of its former self until the powers that be can get their act together, and from what I've seen, you'd have to go pretty high up the ladder to really make a difference.

This place has been around for ever and it is okay food but a lot of ther food is pretty made or packaged and frozen not fresh. Never buy any coffee from them they say it goes to help farmers in need but not in the United States but in Mexico. Don't get me wrong but in this time of need. And poor e enemy due to are president and congress we need all support going into our own country. The service could be nicer

This place has really declined in the past few months. I ordered the blue cheese burger. Since their rule is they cant do medium rare, I asked for it medium. i got my burger charred, with blue cheese dressing slopped ointop..i sent it back.. second time, once again charred well done..the waitress was so embarrassed, you could here her giving her two cents to the cooks...After explaing to the manager, he took off the burger...i also mentioned that they also slopped bleu cheese dressing on the burger..he said thats how it prepared, so when i showed him the picture on the menu, it clearly shows bleu chesee crumbles on the burger..his reaction was "oh". not learning my lesson, went again to cocos..ordered the steak medium rare. came back medium/well done...sent back...came back rare/medium rare...will not be back for a while
