Every time I've managed to come here, I've had bad costumer service! First time I went, I wasn't even acknowledged by anyone and I waited about 20 minutes to even get seated, so I walked out. Second time I went, the server sat my and my family of 6 at a small booth- we didn't fit at all! She also messed up on 4/6 of our orders. Third time I went was on a slow weeknight, and with nobody even in the restaurant, they still took so long to serve our food and when it finally arrived it was wrong! The dumb manager took it back 2 more times until they finally got it right! Unbelieveable! You barley have anyone in the place and you still can't even get a simple order right? I complained to the cashier/hostess as I was paying and she gave me an attitude, throwing the pen as she asked me to sign the receipt and not even apologizing for my experience. Overall, the food is great but the service is awful!

This location is absolutely the worst place to eat. They are rude and slow. They don't appear to have any idea on what to do or how to work together. Customer service is clearly not their goal.

First of all this restaurant is very disorganized and chaotic not to mention bad customer service and very rude not to mention had to wait a long time just for someone to take our orders while other People who got there after us where already served food and when we ordered our food the woman who took our order got it wrong and to top everything off we still ate what we got and the food sucked and the meat was very bloody and me andy family just wanted to get out as fast as we can because we were very unpleased with this restaurant. After eating what appeared to be fear factor we also ended up paying a very expensive bill...for CRAPPY FOOD!!!!If you do not want to displease your family I recommend you do not eat here.

place, but right now they're services are getting bad, Because they don't have enough staff no hostess to greet, no busboy to clean the tables, and no dish washer cus some customers ate with disposable forks. Thats pretty bad. Denny's is doing better and better coupons and service.
