First time here. Great hot chocolate and nice, cozy seating. I was there at 2:30 on Friday and there was plenty of seating.

So delicious. My favorite coffee shop in town. Best ambiance, great coffee and tea choices, and the food is amazing. Plus there is always a friendly face behind the counter and probably at least 3 friends in there at any given time.

CHOCS is usually packed with students. Not a tons of space for groups. More like for four or less. They offer plenty of goodies baked in house. They use local and organic ingredients. As well as vegan and gluten free options.

Appear disorganized behind the bar at times. They serve breakfast and lunch everyday. They offer locally roasted coffee prepare as: drip coffee, espresso drinks, Iced Coffee and that's about it. They don't offer pourovers of any kind.

Check em out, on historical Cherry Street.

I really enjoyed this coffee shop. I have to admit, I'm a coffee snob and their espresso is BOMB! It's very very rich, has a caramel finish to it, and even some notes of cherry coincidentally enough, at least from what it tasted. Basically, it's really good! They pulled a triple shot over ice for me, with two pumps of their Monin dark chocolate sauce (great chocolate sauce), and it wasn't watered down at all. The employees weren't incredibly enthusiastic, but to each his own. It fit the vibe of the shop, and I digged it. smile emoticon They also have an incredible wide selection of pastries (pumpkin pie, gingerbread cookies, cheesecake, scones, etc.) and sandwiches, which they grill within 10 minutes. It's worth the wait. The barista even threw in an option to add meat on my sandwich, free of charge. (Not mediocre at all) I would recommend coming here! I've only gone once and it was great.
