Love this Cold Stone. Employees are nice and freindly and the ice cream is AMAZING!!!

Horrible customer service!! I went in on Tues and the special was buy one kid's ice cream get one free. I bought three and paid for them. While I was eating I was thinking about the price I paid and realized that I was charged too much. I went up to the cashier and asked if I was charged for three and she confirmed it. I said that one of them should have been free. She said that the can't adjust anything that it was already rang up and that I should have said something before she rang it up. I was shocked that she made the mistake and I was being blamed. She told me again that there wasn't anything she could do and I could call her manager. Then she decided that she could "maybe" give me one free one. I said that if that was the case I should get three free ones since I paid for three. Finally she decided to call the manager/owner herself. She said that her manager said it was ok, but "only this time".... like this was again somehow my fault and they were doing me a huge favor. I definately would not come here again or recommend it to anyone!

Cold Stone claims to provide the ultimate ice cream experience... This store provides the worst retail, let alone ice cream, experience I have ever had! I went in with my family and upon payment, presented a gift card. I was then told that the machine wasn't working and that they would not be able to process the gift card. I stared at the register for a moment and then said, "Well, if I had known..." The owner then came up and said, "Well, I didn't know either. It's not my fault it's not working!" She then proceeded to ask me twice if I had another way of paying. Not once did she offer to make things right; instead, she made me feel unwelcome and that it was my fault that the machine wasn't working, and that I was foolish for thinking I could expect to redeem a gift card (which was purchased only last week at this exact location). It was supposed to be a fun, free outing with the family. Instead, I was stuck paying full price for terrible service (although the ice cream was good)! I will never go there again and I will tell everyone I know to go elsewhere. I'm saddened that such a rude owner ruined my evening and my potentially ultimate ice cream experience.
