I went Coldstone (8/8/2012) on Florin--near Marshalls and Nugget Market. My first initial thought was wow, this place is dark. It felt like the store's lights weren't on or something. The place was cool. But they had the door open so there were flies, EVERYWHERE. There was only one worker, a teenage girl. I ordered for my friend and myself. When I asked if I can get snickers mixed in for my custom creation, the girl said there weren't any snickers. I was thinking, "Are you serious?!" When I was done, I saw that there was a full jar of snickers on the other side of the counter. NEVER coming back here. It's dark, full of flies, and the worker lied. I should've just followed my gut and avoided this place after seeing the negative reviews below. *sigh

Terrible! I love Coldstone and eat it several times a month, and this location is by far the worst I have visited. Their pumpkin ice cream was old and tasted expired (if that is even possible), and the management/ owner was the anti-friendly and seemed aggressive. You own and run an ice cream shop, this is not the place. LoL.

Manager looked unlittle high strung... I feel sorry for the nice young ladies that work there... Lighten up guy.. You're selling ice cream... Not weapons

The manager was unprofessional and he tried to charge us more than what we ordered. The only highlight is everyone else there are nice.

The Ice Cream Is So Creamy. My Favorite Flavor Is The All Lovin No Oven. Cake Batter Ice Cream With Real Cookie Dough And Chocolate Fudge And Whipped Cream. UMMM!
