Nice staff. Strange layout.

First of all, I asked for a small and so did my friends, but my cup was extra smaller than theirs. And I got charged more but one of my friends got a medium size. When asked about this, both employees seemed flustered and did not redeem my money back. Otherwise, ice cream was good..service not so much.

ice cream birthday cake tastes good. however, candles cost $2.95 extra and they don't have balloons or any other birthday stuff.

Good location. The staff was friendly and fast.

Cold Stone is good, but this particular location is awesome. Plenty of seating, the line goes quickly and the staff doesn't turn over frequently. Some advice is to get lost in the Crystal City shops afterwards to burn off the calories.
