Cole's Restaurant, Buffalo, New York Restaurant Details

I've come to Cole's in the middle of the day. I've gone in the middle of the night. It's a fantastic place to go for a quick beverage, dinner, or lunch. The decor is very homey with a very rustic feel to it. I always get their Reuben and I have yet to be disappointed. The have a huge beer selection and do sell flights of different beers. They even have some pre-picked selections that you can peruse. I love it here, it's a great place to grab a bite or a beer.

The bouncer was busy hitting on girls than doing his job. The experience was very bad,Not welcoming to any students.

Had my first visit to Cole's last night and it was amazing. I'm an avid beer drinker and Cole's has over 100 craft beers, and all are very good. I had Kobe beef for the first time there and it was also very good. Easily the best burger I've had so far. I love the outdoor patio. It's nice to sit out on Elmwood and enjoy good food and drinks, Overall, I had a very good experience and plan on going back many, many more times.

I just got home from Cole's and had to write about my disappointment. We were told the patio was full in spite of an obviously empty table, then ushered to the back of the restaurant. We weren't ever served bread as we watched the tables around us get theirs, but neither of these issues were really problematic. The biggest issue was being served chicken that was RAW. Chicken Milanese is very thinly pounded, but was somehow completely raw on one side. When sent back, the waiter was very apologetic, which would've been fine if we weren't then charged FULL PRICE for the meal! Please, do not poison your customers and then ask them to pay for it. Ridiculous!

Try the Tuscan chicken wraps.... oh my god, orgasm on a plate. They used to have an amazing turkey club which is unfortunately off the menu, but I've never had a bad meal here. One warning, however. The service, while friendly, is terribly terribly slow. I've taken to handing my credit card over when the food comes because more than once have I waited half an hour for the check. Once my friends and I waited almost an hour after our food was done! And that was while signalling the waitresses who ignored or didn't see us.
