Came in with my family last night to show off the Tosa landmark and got the most unfriendly service from both bartenders iv'e ever had. I was as if us being there spending money was an inconvenience to the bartenders. No greeting, no smile no personality at all. Now if it was busy i could understand but it wasn't. We finished our drinks and moved on to the other bars on state street and had a great evening.

Colonel Hart's is a great bar that serves fantastic bar food. They offer great specials every night but Sunday. The bartenders and wait staff are friendly, beer selection is good, Enjoying a drink on the patio outside in the summer is a blast! I'd classify it as a classic neighborhood bar elevated.

Fun little hole in the wall. Good pizza and friendly bartenders. It's nice to stop in for a change of pace sometimes.
