I think the key to this place is coming when the doughnuts have just come out of the oven. If not, you're left with slightly above average doughnuts in a not so pleasant setting with some shady characters milling about - at least on Sunday night when we popped in for dessert after dinner.

Love this place. Good for anything from treats to lunch. Cheap and tasty, what more could you want?

This place doesn't look anything special from the outside, but I came in based on the glowing reviews. Maybe it's because the donuts I had weren't freshly made, but I wasn't too impressed by the buttermilk glazed donut, it was really densely doughy. The french cruller was nice and light though.
