I often get breakfast at the diner and they do a great job with whatever I order.

Whoever rated it 4 and 5 stars a year ago calling themselves A Zagat User is obviously somebody at the diner. It's a terrible place. Frozen microwaved dinners for $15.

So the chick you hooked up with lives out on Staten Island and after she does the walk of shame from your car to her apartment, you find yourself hungry. Where do you go to get some late night diner eats? The Colonnade of course. Try the disco fries with gravy.

for 2, the service is consistently for the none. stopped going, after all, i am a consumer, not a masochist

Wish i could give it half a star. The food was small and nasty. The atmosphere smelled like bacon all over. The service was a disgrace. The Phili Cheese Steak was nasty and gross. You could see that it was frozen slices of meat before 10 minutes with american cheese thrown on top. Everything was greasy. When one of our plates that we ordered was some meat in a dish with its liquid, we asked for bread. The waiter said it doesn't come with bread. We're only asking for bread! At the end, we ate nothing but the fries. And we still had to pay. And the place isn't for families. It's covered with elders. And for people who don't eat bacon, you shouldn't eat here, all of our food smelled like it. Over all, don't step through their door.
