05/21/2015 4:33 pmI stopped here on a road trip from Tennessee to Oregon, and it was by far the best coffee and food I had west of the Mississippi! The coffee was roasted in house, and and I wanted to marry the mozzarella burger. The chefs, Stephanie and Charlie, were amazing and the service was great! |

10/22/2014 3:06 pmI discovered this locally owned, one of a kind coffee shop when I opened an art studio a few blocks away in 2007. Thank heavens Starbucks never put a shop in this neighborhood, because that is where I used to get my coffee, and CCM is so much better, I can't explain it. The people who work there really care about their customers and achieving excellence in their products, they are very knowledgeable about all aspects of coffee, and super helpful. I have brought many friends and coworkers to CCM over the years, and everybody loves the coffee and the shop. Every year since 2007 I bought a new copper mug and got a year of free refills plus discounts on special coffee drinks. Please google "The Artie Show" for my interview with the shop's owner. This place is highly recommended! |

08/08/2014 5:52 pmI'm from denver and have experienced lots and lots of coffee. None of the coffee places I've been to compare to this one. Every time I drive through the springs I make it a point to stop there every time! Not to sweet or over done. Most balanced and amazing coffee ever ! |

07/03/2014 3:54 amCCM is on the way back to the office from many of my clients, so I've gotten into the habit of stopping in for a cup of brewed coffee, or for a meeting with a client. Everyone's taste in coffee is unique, and the bean you like may not be the bean I like, but they have about 7 of 11 varieties that I really enjoy. It's all fresh roasted and they only brew what seems to be rested for about 24 hours max. Excellent coffee. I highly recommend it. I have not yet purchased one of the copper mugs (free refills for a year with purchase), but intend to very soon (I think I'm padding their balance sheet stopping by daily - it is really good coffee, though). |

06/17/2014 1:47 amBest coffee I've ever found! I'm a little bit of a coffee snob, as I predominantly drink decaf & it's very hard to find a non-bitter, smooth, highly palatable decaf... so in my eternal search (other than some great restaurant coffees..) I found a match.. for over 3 years now, I've been buying my beans here & savor every cup.. I do pay a premium per pound, but in my world, it's worth it :).. BTW, I've had a mug for over 2 years now & the "renewal" is completely on the honor system, as I've questioned why they don't track this, like 99% of other entrepreneurs would? They continue to stay on the "honor system".. It's cool :) I've also been much further educated on coffee roasting & the process of making decaf than I ever would have imagined.. This is my CO Springs coffee! |
