Seafood seekers catch inventive, tasty fish dishes and scrumptious desserts at this cool, upscale Syosset venue, an old standby anchored in a difficult-to-find space behind an office park that fans say doesn't do justice to the cosmopolitan atmosphere within; though some critics contend the space has lost its luster since an ownership change, the usually active bar is an added draw.
