I have dined at Copper Bistro about a half a dozen times. The first was in March with 9 others. Everyone loved everything, seriously not one complaint! From the warm bread with perfectly soft and spreadable butter. the ceasar salad is amazing! my financee can't stop telling everyone about the ostrich, he had it twice in one week! the service is impeccable. the staff is always friendly and warm. i highly recommend this delicious byob!
