Best cheese steak I've had in Arizona.

Food:

Ordered almost everyday for a while. Then my online orders starting taking over an hour and finally they never received the order. I recommend finding another place for a Philly.

I typically order from here 2-3 times a week and they are usually pretty good, but today was the most AWFUL EXPERIENCE.

I called and placed an order at ten of noon today (after being kept on hold for over 15 minutes and hung up on twice while waiting) and I told the man it was for delivery (as usual, since my office is too busy to leave for lunch), he asked if it was cash or card, told him cash, then he told me that the wait time was 45 minutes. No problem, it's lunch time, completely understandable. An hour and 15 minutes later, I am starving and no one has delivered. I called back to check on the delivery, but of course, needed to be placed on hold for an additional 20 minutes and one more hang up. Irritated and hungry, I phoned back and the man stated: "Oh, I had it under pick up. We were wondering why you haven't come to pick it up." Really?! You couldn't call me, you know, to double check? Then, the smart guy on the phone says: "Well, it's been ready for about 30 minutes so we can have the driver go take it to you now."

Seriously?!?!? YOU made the mistake and still offer me a 30 minute old/cold sub and NEVER offer to compensate or make amends for the error. Wow, classy customer service, Corleone's. Keep it up. I would offer zero stars for your poor service today, but sadly, one star is the minimum for a review.

I highly recommend eating the Best Pizza outside of New York and the Best Philly Cheese Steak period. They have a caring and professional customer service(managers and delivery people) that takes care of their customers, especially if your a regular. My only suggestion is that they do need a desert on the menu, New York Cheesecake?
