Food:

Location of the room was very good. Check in was quick but got to the room and room key did not work so had to go back down stairs for another key. For as much as the room cost you at least hope to have a little fridge in the room. Was not impressed with the room at all. I've stayed in better rooms than this and paid a lot less money.

Food:

I was very excited to go to their restaurant very nice and tasty food waiters were very professional and attend to our needs very well . The front desk clerk was very helpful and saw that it was our birthday that day and sent 2 slices of chocolate cake to our room which by the way it was delicious. The rooms are gorgeous and the view seeing towards the bridge and water I was one very satisfied guest will be returning.

slowest wifi and bugs is the room... uesd coffee pack was in a coffee machine, housekeeping won't forget to change towels...
it wasn't a good experience.

The hotel itself was very comfortable, relaxing & peaceful. BUT Being that I had a a bit of a drive & traveling with my 1yr old, I was rdy to relax but my room wasn't rdy till about 4pm & check in is supposed to be at 3..so that wasn't exactly fun. There was a little bit of a miscommunication at the restaurant with our waitor but he did apologize & talk to his manager to fix the issue but really other than that everything was GREAT! My kids enjoyed the pool & I enjoyed the stay..so everyone was happy in the end!
Oh & I'm big on how any employee treats a guest whether it be a convenient store or hotel so the staff here were very friendly & polite...othen than 1 lady at my checkout..she was kind of rude.

Food:

I couldn't get checked in till 3 pm when checkout time is 12 pm. Had to pay for parking and a full months worth of Wi-Fi cost for each day. The rooms are not that great for the 172 dollar cost, oh and don't forget about another 50 dollar "deposit" when your card is already being used for charges. Complete bad experience with this hotel and would never come back to it. Especially not worth the 172 dollars.
