THREE STRIKES YOUR OUT

Service here sucks. Food is good. We do not care how good the food is if you're going to be rude to customers. Male servers can kiss my ass but we see the female servers work theirs off. Not offered refills. Not offered dessert. Waited on our server to pay. Then went to front counter and was rudely told, with a finger in my face, to go find my server. This place needs to shut down.

Ordered takeout Beef Kabobs For 4 $38.95 Filet Mignon Tender (Comes with salad, garlic bread, and rice) (copied and pasted from Costa's website)
Beef was not tender and was half fat and gristle. Garlic bread was 4 small bread batons with no butter and no garlic. Salad and rice were mediocre.

Food:

The food is great. I'm partial to the souvlaki. While the food has always been good, the service in the past has suffered. I'm glad to see that seems to be changing. Our server, Ashley, was great.

We have had great experiences over the years. Take out and dining in. The only real choice when it comes to authentic Mediterranean food in the area!

Ok, short review: first, we stood in the guest waiting area in front of the host/hostess table waiting to be seated... for no joke 20 minutes. No one greeted us, asked if we were being helped, etc. We were about to leave, but I told my gf to wait for 5 more min. 5 min rolls by and we finally left. We tried the restaurant a month or 2 later to give it another chance- we were seated. When we got our food, there was a long black hair in it (chicken alfredo). We just left- we were disgusted. Since then, never again have we eaten there. Next time you're dining in- check out how no one wears a hair net. MMMMMMM yummy!
