Food:

The rooms are well kept and it's a convenient location. I feel it was overpriced and the front desk staff could have been friendlier. Especially since that is a part of their job. What really ruined it for me is they say they have no ties with valet outside but we have to use them. Otherwise, you have to pay for parking every time you use your car. Here is the kicker.. It takes them over 20 minutes or more to get you your car. The second time we thought we would save some time calling for our car in advance. 45 minutes later still waiting as I write this review. We decided to have dinner here last night and like most hotels the food is a bit pricey. It was okay food but did not help that the gentleman preparing our meal told us everything comes precooked -_- but all in all you are paying for location.

A front desk girl named Ashley was very rude and inconsiderate. She even yelled at me when I showed my discontent. Needless to say, no apologies. Avoid if possible.

I stayed here in 2012 for a girls weekend and it was fantastic! Right next door to the metro. Felt safe coming back very late at night. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was great, plenty of space for 2 people to get ready to hit the city.

The concierge was very helpful with check-in and recommending things to do. Also, very knowledable of the metro system and stops.

Definitely will stay here again!

Zero complaints about this hotel, close to everything, subway, mall, food. Clean hotel with all needed amenities. Ideal for people travelling to both NJ & NYC.

We had a great experience here. The staff was attentive, and so helpful! The room was very clean, and exceeded our expectations. The Bistro offered great options for breakfast. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub too. We would definitely stay here again.
