This is a great location just outside the Old Market area of Omaha within walking distance of that area. The CenturyLink arena is right across the street. This is a standard Courtyard inside with the expected amenities. Service was good. Unfortunately this property has old analog thermostats instead of digital so you won't be able to set the temperature you like with any precision. It also must be set for heat or cool, it doesn't switch, so that's uncomfortable in shoulder season. Our door was also undercut without a sweep installed so hallway conversations were prevalent in the room. While our shower water was hot immediately our sink faucet never got above mildly warm.

Our room was BEAUTIFUL! Tall ceilings, floor to wall windows, great service from the front desk. Not to mention, right next to Old Market. We walked the entire time- no need to drive! Next time I'm in Omaha, I will stay here again. Merci !

If you would like a hotel that has a hot tub in the pool area, has a shuttle service that goes more than a mile, has a continental breakfast, a microwave in the room, a fridge in the room, or parking that is included in your stay (go figure), then this is not the place.

The Fairfield Inn (by Marriott, as well) has a wonderful pool and hot tub, not to mention everything else in the list above, I'd recommend going there instead.

Just go to the Fairfield and you'll be much happier with your stay.
